Love to Lunch: Chris Tse

Chris is a a scientist turned owner and personal trainer at Blitz Conditioning, Edmonton’s most innovative Personal Training and Group Fitness company. We are proud to partner with Blitz as both companies share similar beliefs about health and wellness. Chris writes about fitness for our blog every Friday.

 

Brown bag or out: brown bag because I’m up at 4:30 most days and like to eat often throughout the day.

Spot to lunch: wherever I can! (Between training clients at Blitz, working out myself, being at the Chakka Center, etc., lunch has to be eaten in 5 minutes!)

Favored lunch vegetable: a little of all of them, but I really love the green ones: broccoli, spinach…

Way to stay hydrated: a lot of water; I drink upwards of 5 litres a day!

My lunch always… is pre-cooked on Sunday.

Clearly a working lunch (note the location!): Chicken breast, lighty seasoned with a side of broccoli, pear and apple.
