Brown bag or out: brown bag. I eat out a lot for work, so it’s a good way to balance it out.
Spot to lunch: At my desk. I usually go to yoga or pilates over the lunch hour instead.
Favored lunch vegetable: Red and orange bell peppers. Mmmm!
Way to stay hydrated: I always keep water at my desk and then with my afternoon snack, I have a cup of tea. (today’s snack is lemon blueberry loaf by The Best of Bridge)
My lunch always… saves me money!
Today’s lunch is:
Lucy Waverman’s White Bean Soup, which I call White Bean and Lemon Soup, becuase the lemon really stands out, with
a slice of Silver Hills Sprouted bread (A Canadian company in Abbotsford, BC),
a Steve and Dan’s apple (find Steve and Dan at our farmer’s markets),
my favorite veg, and a few others
and the previously mentioned lemon blueberry loaf for tea time.
