Brown bag or out: I’d rather make a lunch, but no brown bag will fit the amount of food that I bring to work! I do have a mini cooler that I can fit 3-4 Tupperware containers, a few fruits and a bottle of water in.
Spot to lunch: If I go out during the workday I usually go to Sunterra in Commerce Place. Their selection is great and it’s the only place to get a decently healthy meal. Their pizza is amazing too.
Favored lunch vegetable: It’s a toss up between mini cucumbers and celery with peanut butter. It has to be Adam’s All Natural peanut butter though, otherwise it’s no good.
Way to stay hydrated: I have an 1800ml water jug and glass at my desk. I try to drink at least one jug a day.
My lunch always… consists of fruit, veggies and some type of meat.
Today’s lunch is:
Make it yourself salad from Sunterra.

Ha ha love it! Thanks Callie!
What a great idea for a series of blog posts! I’m looking forward to learning more about where other people go for lunch in this city.
Looks fabulous, but my co-workers and I are wondering what’s in it rather than just where you got it from.
I believe it was a bed of spinach topped with roasted veggies, quinoa, chicken and hard-boiled egg. This man likes his protein!
Yes I do! I’m trying to learn how to spread things out and integrate more whole grains bot sometimes I just need a pile of protein to keep me going.
