Brown bag or out: I mostly pack a lunch, usually leftovers that I’ve planned for. We meal plan on Fridays, go to the market on Saturdays and then try and cook four times a week, making enough for lunches.
Spot to lunch: When I don’t eat at work, Pho Tau Bay. It’s quick, satisfying and the best Pho I’ve tried.
Favored lunch vegetable: Whatever was in dinner the night before! Besides carrots, I don’t typically eat raw vegetables. But Doef’s tomatoes often make it into my cooked lunches.
Way to stay hydrated: Water. I have a Klean Kanteen with me wherever I go!
