Meatless Monday: Split Pea Soup

Split Pea soup always makes me think of Spring! I’ve tried quite a few meatless versions over the years and thought I’d share my favorites with you.

But since we are not quite at Spring (weather-wise) yet in Edmonton, this recipe for spicy kale and split pea soup tops my list
