Nutrition and Food Highlights from Oilers Players Development Camp

We had a blast at Oilers Development Camp last week, teaching the players about proper sports nutrition, how to balance their plate and of course, the cooking and eating in the cook-off! Check out some of the highlights in this video:

We love working with sports teams to help improve their performance. Proper glycogen replenishment can help speed up recovery, prevent injury and improve training performance. Good nutrition and hydration practices help the body better recover from hockey (as well as other sports.) We are really excited for this year’s hockey season!
