Father’s Day Menu

It’s probably safe to say that your Dad has done a lot for you! That’s what Father’s Day is for – to show your Dad just how much you appreciate him and all the things he’s done for you (though it wouldn’t hurt to do this a few more times throughout the year).

With that in mind, our Father’s Day menu features a few items that are a little bit indulgent, but still healthier than most other versions:

 

Chicken and Waffles

This dish comes from the soul food tradition and can work as a breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner meal. Our recipe avoids the deep fryer by using cornflakes to retain that classic fried chicken crunch. We also use whole wheat flour for a nutritious meal whenever you choose to serve it!
