Makes 1 smoothie

This nourishing smoothie recipe is full of fruits rich in antioxidants and healthy protein from Greek yogurt. Though, all you’re going to notice is the delicious chocolate!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup 1% milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
