Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Makes 4 servings

A little bit of avocado in this recipe makes the mousse smooth and creamy. Quite an easy recipe for anyone to create!

 

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado, pitted and skin removed
  • ¼ cup dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual serving bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Optional: Top with chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries.
