Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 deviled egg halves (10 servings)

 

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Preparation

  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs and slice in half.
  2. Remove the yolk into a bowl.
  3. Combine the yogurt, mustard, pepper, and salt in with the yolks and mix well.
  4. Put the yolk mixture into a piping bag and refill the egg-white holes.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
