Hemp Heart Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter and honey together with vanilla in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften if needed.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  3. Take about 2 Tbsp. portions and roll into balls between both hands.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or place in the freezer if you think will not finish them over the coming week.
