Ricki’s Mango Berry Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango, peeled, cubed and frozen
  • ½ cup berries, frozen
  • ½ banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup 1% milk (can substitute unsweetened almond milk)*
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Biosteel Whey Isolate (or other protein powder)

Preparation

  1. Prepare fresh fruit a day before and freeze overnight.
  2. Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender.
  3. Add water (if necessary) to create desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy!

*If using almond milk, add an extra 1/3 scoop protein powder or 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, as almond milk contains little protein.
