Wild Herring Salad

Serves 1

Great as a snack or for lunches! Put this mixture on a cracker and top with your favourite sliced veggie (red and green peppers work perfectly).

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup wild herring fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. diced red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. diced green onion
  • ½ Tbsp. plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
