Watermelon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • Dash of salt
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint

Preparation:

  1. Combine watermelon with rest of ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
