Meet Brittaney

After being a professional chef for 5 years, I developed an interest in nutrition. I decided to further my knowledge of food and go back to school to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta.

I create the recipes for My Viva Plan, write blogs and teach cooking classes. I believe that food can be nutritious while still tasting delicious!
