I optimize performance through customized, evidence-based plans. I also specializes in gut health, including IBS and the low FODMAP diet. My work is based on the belief that food is not just fuel, but a powerful tool for healing, connection, and long-term well-being.

My work is shaped by personal experiences. I grew up with a sibling living with Type 1 Diabetes, competed as a national and collegiate-level fastball athlete, and continue to navigate the everyday challenges of being a mom of three.
