Our group coaching programs are built on performance nutrition and tailored to the sport, athlete group, and season. While nutrition is always the foundation, teams can also add standalone sessions such as yoga, meditation, mental wellness coaching, chef-led cooking, or fitness education, or combine select topics into a customized course based on their needs.

A practical starting point designed to give athletes clear, actionable nutrition guidance they can use right away.

  • One 60-minute interactive group session
  • Fueling and hydration principles aligned with training and competition
  • Recovery nutrition aligned with training demands to manage fatigue
  • Sport- and age-appropriate guidance suitable for team environments
  • Facilitated Q&A to align coaches, athletes, and parents

Performance Development Series
