Hi, I'm Andrea. I empower people with diabetes and obesity to live their best lives!

Andrea's story:

I’m a proud Registered Dietitian from a rich agricultural background in rural Manitoba. My journey into the world of nutrition began early in my life, as I developed a deep appreciation for the origins of our food.

Over 15 years later, my experience and passion for nutrition, health, and food have continued to grow. To provide you with the most comprehensive guidance and ensure I deliver the most up-to-date information and care, I became a Certified Diabetes Educator and continue to pursue advanced certifications in Obesity Management.

Food is more than just fuel; it’s a complex and multifaceted aspect of our lives. I’m here to simplify the science of eating to make it accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable. With me, you’re not just embarking on a dietary journey – you’re exploring the depths of your relationship with food.

I understand that food can be messy, but it’s an integral part of our culture, passed down through generations. We’ll unravel all this together and find personalized solutions to achieve your health goals, whether you’re managing diabetes or obesity or enhancing your overall well-being. I aim to provide you with skills and tools that can have a real impact on your life.

I can’t wait to meet you!
