Hi, I'm Kelsey. I'm here to help you conquer your digestive triggers

Kelsey's story:

When I was 6 years old, my older brother was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and I saw first-hand the impact nutrition can have on a person and their family. Years later, I competed at the national and college level in fastball, which taught me about the impact food can have on your performance. These two experiences showed me the power that food and lifestyle can have on someone’s life, which inspired me to become a Registered Dietitian.

I have been with Revive Wellness for over a decade and am one of the founding team members of My Viva Plan, our flagship lifestyle management application. Over the years, I have gained experience in clinical care, primary care, and private practice. One of my core passions is empowering people to understand how to be the best version of themselves. I always strive to make my clients and team feel respected and valued.
