My journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian began in the cab of heavy equipment, where health podcasts sparked my passion for nutrition. With personal experience with concussions and family history of Alzheimer’s disease, I understand the real impact brain health challenges have on daily life.
After earning my degree from the University of Alberta and gaining experience in long-term care, I developed a compassionate, evidence-based approach focused on brain health, concussion management, and healthy aging nutrition—driven by personal passion and commitment to current research.
I believe there’s no “perfect” diet—just sustainable choices that work for your life. My approach focuses on small, lasting changes rather than quick fixes. You won’t hear miracle promises from me, just honest, collaborative support as we create brain-healthy habits together.
