Role Description
This position will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing, social media development, and website management related initiatives across both Revive Wellness and My Viva Plan. Responsible for all things digital, this position bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution by overseeing digital campaign performance, social media implementation, SEO optimization, website function (inc. digital experience), and marketing analytic reporting.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing efforts across channels such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
Collaborate with key stakeholder groups to develop and launch campaigns that support core objectives, revenue goals, awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Coordinate the creation of required visual assets in collaboration with our Graphic and Multimedia Design Lead
Prepare reports, specifically measuring social media growth, digital engagement trends, and campaign performance in collaboration with key members of the team
Implement and manage SEO strategies that improve search visibility and organic traffic across key digital properties
Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and monitor technical SEO performance
Support the management of marketing technology platforms such as analytics, email marketing systems, CRM integrations, and landscape analysis tools
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Ensure social media content aligns with marketing goals/objectives, organizational updates, and brand messaging
Monitor all social media engagement and assist with responding to comments, messages, and inquiries when appropriate
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to our digital properties
Own our website properties to ensure content is up-to-date, technical integrations are firing as intended, and coordinate development work as required
Qualifications Required:
A degree in marketing communications, with a focus in digital development/marketing or equivalent field of study
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and related marketing technology roles, including 2-3 of those years directly managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and project simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines
Strong analytical mindset with the proven ability to translate data into key insights that can be leveraged into actionable tactics
Strong experience with GA4, GTM, Search Console, and other key tools used to implement, measure, and enhance digital performance
Strong familiarity with SEO best practices, especially with the changes to AI Overview, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical fundamentals
Strong working knowledge of popular social media platforms (including their admin/business portals) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels
Proven track record of social media content creation, development, and engagement (portfolio considered a strong asset)
Strong understanding of website management platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, and other CMS environments
Moderate knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tags, and API integration
Moderate knowledge and applied experience of digital marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, HubSpot, SEMRush, etc.)
Basic working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
Familiar with M365 tools and systems
Digital certifications from Google, Meta, etc. considered a strong asset
