Using Leftover Turkey in an Apple and Turkey Curry Wrap

Apple and Turkey Curry Wrap

Makes 6 servings (1 wrap per serving)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast
  • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • ¼ cup diced apples (such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Gala, or Pink Lady)
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, yogurt, curry powder, apples, celery, walnuts, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  2. Fill each tortilla with turkey mixture and sprinkle with raisins. Wrap up tortillas to enclose filling.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
